If you are on the road system you can figure 10% extra up to 250 road miles away from Palmer and 15% more beyond that. All off road projects are figured individually.

Yes, we can build anywhere in Alaska. We have built over 400 units statewide and we haven’t found a site yet that we couldn’t build on. |

Absolutely, financing can be obtained through conventional means via Wells Fargo, First National, AK USA, Matanuska Valley Federal Credit Union and many others. |

Most cabins take about a month to build. Completely finished cabins take up to 90 days or more. |
